Correct Dosing of Ibuprofen
Notes:
1. Know the weight of your child. Medicine doses are determined by weight in children.
2. Record the time and amount of each dose that you give. Ibuprofen may be given every 6-8 hours with a maximum of 4 doses within 24 hours.
3. Do NOT give ibuprofen in children under 6 months of age.
4. Do not give ibuprofen to children with an upset stomach.
