How do I find out my child's blood type?
	Your child's blood type is recorded in the hospital records where he/she was born. Chapel Hill Pediatrics and Adolescents, PA does not usually have a record of your child's blood type. Please contact the medical records department of the hospital where your child was born to find out his/her blood type.
