Kathy Merritt lives in Chapel Hill with her husband and three children. She is a native of Orlando, Florida, where she enjoyed living before moving to North Carolina to attend Duke University. Dr. Merritt worked as a play therapist in the Pediatric Departments of Duke Medical Center and Bowman Gray Medical Center and attended graduate school prior to completing her medical degree at Duke University Medical Center.
