Flu Vaccine for 2022 Now Available!

The flu shot is now available for our established patients and their parents/accompanying caregivers! If your child is scheduled for a check up or other in-office visit in the coming weeks, no need for an additional appointment–just let the front desk know when you check in. If you are interested in our flu clinics, we are currently offering some drive through options on upcoming weekends. These clinics are by appointment only and will be in the Durham office parking lot. We have opened times on Saturdays and Sundays beginning September 17th.

Additionally, we are offering the Pfizer bivalent COVID-19 booster to anyone 12 years or older. Patients whose last vaccine or booster was more than two months ago (at least 60 days) are eligible. Parents and accompanying caregivers may also receive this booster. Though COVID-19 boosters are being offered at the same time as flu clinics, these appointments will not be done as a drive through. Patients will be instructed to park and enter the building to receive their vaccine. Patients who receive the COVID vaccine or booster must remain in the clinic for 15 to 30 minutes following vaccine administration, so please plan accordingly. Patients can receive their flu vaccine while they are in the office for the COVID-19 booster if desired.

Due to anticipated call volume, we recommend you try our self scheduling link at https://phreesia.me/CHPReturning. Please only submit one form per family, listing all people to be vaccinated when prompted.

The self scheduling platform allows you to view our availability in real time. If you have any difficulties with the link, you may call our office directly at (919)942-4173. Option 2 will connect you with our schedulers. Please be patient as we do expect many calls.
